Black Hawaiian Ram Hunting

The black Hawaiian ram is unique in many ways. First, the origins are unknown with two accepted theories. The first traces the origin of a cross-breeding of the mouflon and black hair sheep, while the second believe that the black Hawaiian is simply a Barbados ram that has genetically lost its red color.

With the thick black coat and horns that grow to more than 40 inches in length, the black Hawaiian ram is a delight to hunt and a show stopper in the trophy case.

At Buck Horn Ranch the black Hawaiian ram can be hunted with the weapon of your choice.  We can accommodate rifle hunters, bow hunters, crossbow hunters, pistol, and black powders. Contact us for more information on our black Hawaiian packages.
