Hunting Packages

Whether planning an individual hunt or a corporate event, Buck Horn Ranch has the staff to make you hunt a success. Enjoy 100-mile views and 5-star accommodations on all of our hunting packages.
We provide trophy whitetail hunts to a limited number of clients. We take pride in giving our clients a high level of personal customer service and seek to create lifelong memories as opposed to just another trophy.
Super Trophy Whitetail Hunting Packages
Package includes a total of 6 hunts over 4 days. Hunters check-in on Day 1 at 1:00 pm, hunt Day 1 afternoon, Day 2 morning/afternoon, Day 3 morning/afternoon, and Day 4 morning. Check out is Day 4 by 12:00 pm.
Management Whitetail Buck Hunting Packages
Packages include a total of 4 hunts over 3 days. Management bucks at Buck Horn Ranch are considered trophies to most hunters. Hunters check-in on Day 1 at 1:00 pm, hunt Day 1 afternoon, Day 2 morning/afternoon, and Day 3 morning. Check out is Day 3 by 12:00 pm.
Exotic Hunting Packages
Packages include a total of 4 hunts over 3 days. Hunters check-in on Day 1 at 1:00 pm, hunt Day 1 afternoon, Day 2 morning/afternoon, and Day 3 morning. Check out is Day 3 by 12:00 pm.
Hog Hunting Packages
Packages include a total of 4 hunts over 3 days. Hunters check-in on Day 1 at 1:00 pm, hunt Day 1 afternoon, Day 2 morning/afternoon, and Day 3 morning. Check out is Day 3 by 12:00 pm.

  • Hunting Licenses or Fees

  • $475 charge per night if you don’t take an animal

OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR HUNT

  • Non-hunting guests are $275/day. If you do not harvest an animal you only owe $475 per day for lodging.

  • Non-hunting guests ages 4-15 are $135 per night for lodging.

  • Payment Schedules: A deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure your reservation. Trophy fees will be paid prior to departure. The balance of package is due prior to departure if you kill or wound your trophy. Any animal hit by a bullet or arrow is considered a kill. Every reasonable attempt will be made to recover a wounded animal.
  • Refund Policy:  Cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee unless the space can be rebooked, or you have the option to transfer your deposit to another available date the following season.
  • Hunting Tags: MLD 3 Buck and Doe tags are furnished for whitetails
  • Rifle to use:  Smallest caliber of rifle allowed for hunting is a .243
  • Check in and out: Check-in is 1 PM the first day of your trip and check-out is 12 PM the last day.
  • Mandatory rifle shoot in: Please arrive no later than 1:30 PM to sight your gun in and prepare for the evening’s hunt.
